Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By signing up for or using Reva Flow ("Reva," the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The service

Reva is an AI-powered phone receptionist for small businesses. We provide a phone number, an AI assistant trained on your business, call transcripts, summaries, email and (optional) SMS notifications, and a dashboard to manage everything.

We may add, change, or remove features from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@revaflow.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reva to:

  • Make or facilitate harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited ("robocall") outbound calls.
  • Violate any law, including telemarketing rules (TCPA), call-recording laws, or consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Impersonate another person, business, or entity.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our underlying models or infrastructure.
  • Resell the Service or expose it to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Plans, billing, and trial

  • Free trial: New accounts include a 30-day or 100-minute free trial, whichever ends first. After the trial, your AI assistant pauses until you choose a paid plan.
  • Subscriptions: Paid plans bill monthly in advance via Stripe. Each plan includes a fixed allotment of call minutes per billing period.
  • Overage minutes: If your usage exceeds your plan's included minutes in a billing period, additional minutes are billed at $0.20 per minute (rounded up) and added to your next invoice.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel any time through Stripe's customer portal (linked from your billing page). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't prorate partial months.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Failed payment: If a payment fails, your line is paused until payment is resolved. We'll notify you by email.

6. SMS notifications

SMS call summaries are an opt-in feature you control in Settings → SMS Notifications. By enabling the feature and providing a mobile number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Reva at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the information you provide and the data your callers generate (transcripts, recordings, summaries — collectively "Customer Data"). You grant Reva a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the right to use the Service for your business and to record calls under applicable law in the jurisdictions where your callers are located.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party providers (telephony carriers, AI infrastructure, hosting). Outages, maintenance, and force-majeure events may interrupt service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated summaries or transcripts will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reva is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reva harmless from any third-party claim arising from your use of the Service in violation of these terms or applicable law, including claims related to call recording, telemarketing rules, or content you provide.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we'll notify active accounts by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Reva Flow is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in that jurisdiction.
